This shop is operated by Oluwasegun Ojebiyi trading as RegiPay Stores, a sole trader established in the United Kingdom.

Our geographic address for correspondence and for the purposes of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 is 52 Eastworth Quarters, Chertsey, Surrey, KT16 8FJ, United Kingdom.

These terms

These terms govern every purchase from regipaystore.co.uk. By placing an order you agree to them. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling and are the total payable to RegiPay Stores for the goods. RegiPay Stores is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged and no VAT invoice can be issued. Delivery is charged separately and shown before you confirm your order. Pay securely by card or PayPal. Card payments are processed by Stripe. Payment is taken at the time of order. We do not store your payment details.

Order confirmation

An order confirmation email acknowledges receipt only. A binding contract is formed when we dispatch your goods.

We may cancel any order at our discretion. A full refund will be issued within 5 business days.

Delivery

• We deliver to UK addresses only.
• Delivery from dispatch: 3–7 working days for items stocked in the UK, 14–21 working days for items shipped from overseas. The window for a specific item is stated on its product page before you order.
• Delivery dates are estimates only.
• Standard UK delivery is £7.99 per order on baskets below £100.00, and free on orders of £100.00 or more. One charge per order, whatever the basket weighs. Some products ship free whatever the basket is worth; those are marked on the product page.
• Risk passes to you on delivery.

Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason.

To cancel: email [email protected], or use the cancellation form — which is the model form the Regulations require us to supply within 14 days of delivery. Return the goods within a further 14 days.

You do not need to give a reason, and your right to cancel does not depend on the condition of the goods. Please return them unused and complete where you can, with any packaging needed to protect them in transit, and include your order number so we can match the parcel to your order.

If an item comes back damaged or incomplete through handling beyond what was needed to inspect it, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value. Return postage is your responsibility unless goods are faulty or misdescribed. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the goods back or of your proof of posting, whichever is earlier.

Faulty or misdescribed goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015:

• Within 30 days of delivery: full refund
• Within 6 months: repair, replacement or refund
• Up to 6 years: remedy where the fault existed at the time of sale

Our liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability shall not exceed the price paid for your order. Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
