Third parties
- CJ Dropshipping — receives name and delivery address to fulfil your order
- Stripe — card payment processing
- PayPal — payment processing
- Cloudflare — hosting and security
- Google Analytics — anonymised analytics. Only with your consent to analytics cookies.
- Microsoft Clarity — records how pages are used, so we can see where the site is confusing. Only with your consent to analytics cookies. Their privacy statement.
- Meta (Facebook) — advertising measurement and audiences. Only with your consent to advertising cookies. Their privacy policy.

Trustpilot
When you place an order we send a copy of your order confirmation, and of your dispatch notice, to Trustpilot. This is so they can invite you to review your purchase about a week later.
They receive your email address, your order reference, the items you ordered and the order total. They do not receive your delivery address or your payment details.
Trustpilot use this to send the invitation and to record that a review came from a real order. You can ignore the invitation, and Trustpilot's own email carries an unsubscribe link. Their privacy notice is at trustpilot.com/privacy.
Data retention
- Order records — 6 years (HMRC requirement)
- Correspondence — 2 years
Your rights (UK GDPR)
You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict your data, and to complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
Email [email protected] to exercise any right. We respond within 30 days.
Cookies
We use three kinds of cookie, and they are treated differently.
Strictly necessary cookies keep your basket and your sign-in working, and remember your cookie choice. These are required for the site to function and are set without consent, as PECR regulation 6 permits.
Analytics cookies help us understand how the site is used so we can improve it. These are Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, which records how pages are used. They are not essential and are not loaded until you accept them.
Advertising cookies let us measure whether our advertising works and show you our products on other platforms. These are the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and the Pinterest tag. They can be used to build a profile of your interests across other websites. They are a separate choice from analytics: accepting one does not accept the other.
If you decline a category, or simply never choose, the tools in it are not loaded and set no cookie or device identifier.
You can change your mind at any time using the Cookie choices control at the bottom of any page . Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it, and takes effect immediately: the tools stop being loaded, and the Google Analytics cookies already on your device are cleared.
Cookies already set by the advertising tools before you withdrew are not deleted by us — they stop being used and expire on their own. You can remove them at any time in your browser settings.
