RegiPay Stores is an independent UK online retailer trading at regipaystore.co.uk, selling African and Caribbean groceries, furniture and household essentials across the United Kingdom. RegiPay Stores is operated by Oluwasegun Ojebiyi and is not connected with regify GmbH or the RegiPay payslip application.
We do not hold stock in our own warehouse. When you order, the item is despatched by the supplier who makes or stocks it. That is why our delivery windows are longer than a next-day retailer’s, and why we quote them the way we do rather than rounding them down.
The window shown on a product page is the one the supplier reports for that item, passed through unchanged. We never round it down, never shorten it for a sale, and never show a vague “ships soon” in place of a real range. If we cannot get a current window for a product, the page shows no window at all instead of a guess.
A stock count appears on a product page only when it was checked within the last 24 hours and there are genuinely few left. If the check is older than that, no number is shown. There are no countdown timers, no “only 2 left” on a product we have not counted, and no invented urgency anywhere on this site.
A rating appears only when a verified buyer has left one. We do not buy reviews, we do not write them, and a product nobody has reviewed shows no star row rather than an empty one — an empty row reads as a rating whatever number sits beside it.
Every price on this site is what you pay us. Delivery is stated before you commit, and we add no charge at the last step. Some items are dispatched from outside the UK; where that happens, customs or the carrier may charge import duty on delivery. That is not our charge and we cannot tell you the amount in advance, so the product page says so before you order. Pay securely by card or PayPal. Card payments are processed by Stripe.
You have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason. Return postage is yours for an unwanted item and ours if it is faulty or misdescribed — both are set out in full on the returns page.
