Cancel an order

Your right to cancel

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to tell us you are cancelling, and you do not have to give a reason. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back. We refund within 14 days of getting the goods back, or of your telling us you have sent them.

Your cancellation takes effect when you send it, not when we process it. Any clear statement is enough — this form is one way to make it, not the only way.
