Paying for an order
Pay securely by card or PayPal. Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
We aim to reply within one working day. We are a small operation, so there is no phone line — email means your question reaches the person who can actually answer it, with a written record for both of us.
What to include
- Your order number, if you have one
- The email address you used to order, if it differs from the one you're writing from
- For a fault or damage, a photograph — it often saves a return entirely
Quicker routes for common things
- Returning something
- Read Returns & Refunds first, then email us for an RMA reference and the return address. Please don't post anything back before you have that reference.
- An order that has passed its delivery window
- Email us with the order number and we will chase the supplier — see Shipping.
- Deleting your data
- Use the request link in our Privacy Policy, which pre-fills the details we need.
