HD-TB01 Precision Mitre Gauge

The HONGDUI HD-TB01 is a precision mitre gauge for table saws and router tables, built around a mechanism that holds its angle instead of relying on friction to keep it there. The angle scale runs from 0 to 70 degrees across 70 CNC wire-cut gear teeth. One tooth per degree means every setting drops into a positive stop, so the head cannot creep under load the way a clamp-and-hope gauge does once you lean into a cut. Four of those stops are indexed at the bottom for the angles you reach for most, 0, 22.5, 45 and 67.5 degrees, so returning to a common setting takes a moment rather than a fresh measurement. Fine adjustment is read through a scale magnifier that sits over the gauge and lifts off when you do not want it. A horizontal compensation device keeps the head square to the bar, which is what stops a mitre gauge from cutting a few thousandths out of true even when the scale says it is set correctly. The mitre bar is 480mm and machined to run in a standard slot. The handle is turned brass and aluminium rather than moulded plastic, and it is weighted to give a controlled push through the workpiece instead of a shove.
