- What does RegiPay Stores sell?
- African and Caribbean groceries, furniture, home essentials and family products. Free UK delivery on selected groceries, on orders over £100 and on furniture orders over £300.
- Is RegiPay Stores the same as the RegiPay payslip app?
- No. RegiPay Stores (regipaystore.co.uk) is a UK online retail store selling African and Caribbean groceries, furniture and home essentials. The RegiPay payslip app is a completely separate product by regify GmbH.
- Do you offer free delivery?
- Yes — free UK delivery on selected groceries, on orders over £100 and on furniture orders over £300. Below those amounts standard UK delivery is £7.99 per order and furniture is £29.99.
- How do I contact RegiPay Stores?
- Email support@regipaystore.co.uk. We respond within one working day.
- How long does delivery take?
- It depends on the item. Every product page shows the delivery window for that product, taken from the supplier rather than a general estimate, and the same window appears in your basket and on your order confirmation.
- Can I return something if I change my mind?
- Yes. You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to tell us you want to cancel, and you do not have to give a reason. Refunds are made within 14 days of us receiving the item back. Full details are on our Returns page.
- Is VAT included in the price?
- The price shown is what we charge. RegiPay Stores is not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged on your order. The product price and any RegiPay delivery charge are shown before payment. Some products dispatched from outside the UK may attract import duty or import VAT collected separately by the carrier. Where known, overseas dispatch is identified on the product page.
- How do I pay?
- Pay securely by card or PayPal. Card payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered on a form hosted by Stripe and are never seen or stored by RegiPay Stores.
- Where do you deliver, and what does it cost?
- We deliver across the United Kingdom. Standard UK delivery is £7.99 per order. Selected grocery products ship free regardless of order value. They say so on the product page. Free UK delivery on orders over £100. Furniture and other large items are £29.99 and qualify for free delivery over £300. One furniture item makes the whole order a furniture delivery, because it travels as one consignment. Some products ship free whatever the basket is worth, and those say so on the product page.
- How do I track my order?
- Your confirmation email carries a tracking link. You can also open the Track page and enter your order reference at any time.
- Do you sell to businesses or in bulk?
- Email support@regipaystore.co.uk with what you need and how much of it, and we will tell you what we can do. We do not publish trade prices.
